Probiotics Reduce Candida Albicans!

I know it is hard when you are dealing with the symptoms of Candida Albicans. You feel terrible and the symptoms do not seem to be going away. One such solution that helps reduce it is Probiotics.. In this post i will describe why..?

Probiotics are pure good bacteria, in fact it  can aid digestion and good flora in the gut.. Normally one would have to drink a lot of yoghurt’s to be like one pro biotic, however due to concentration pro biotics is like 20 or more yogurts.. Good news for Candida sufferers.

So, What are Probiotics??

“Yakult is a fermented milk drink that contains a very high concentration of a unique, beneficial bacterium called Lactobacillus casei Shirota strain.”

The only downside is it is dairy, one common food source that is not okay in a candida diet.. However i believe the negative effects are far lower than the positives.. What i found is if my candida was acute one day, three over a 10 hour period was a great solution and reliever (1 every four hours..)

The first one or two help line the bowels and the third does the job of helping reduce Candida. Another element to consider here as well is eating less while doing the Pro biotic addition to the diet.

One example of a Probiotic is Yakult available at most supermarkets..

    • Hey Dave,
Good question, yes it does contain sugar.. Its good cause of the good bacteria within it.. I know sugar can effect candida, but the positives far out weigh the negatives of sugar.. Also what i find is if you drink two in a row and then two glasses of water the effects are much better on the bowels..

    • Hey Laura, Yeah probiotics are essential but are only part of the pie in getting rid of Candida. When using probiotics use the sugar free one or low sugar variety, either way the benefits far out way the reactions and sometimes in some cases the sugar content in these types of drinks can help trick the good bacteria to be led by the sugar content to the needed area. When i took them i took them two a day of the low sugar or no sugar yakult. Called yakult light i think, it is blue that one.. Also add Threelac and Candex to your candida diet regime..

  3. Hello,

I have suffered with Candida for many years, it has gotten better but I still feel it in my stomach. It causes a lot of pain and discomfort and also insomnia. Do you know of a really good health practitioner in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, that specializes in Candida.

I need to do more testing to see if I still have Candida in order to go further.
I am sure the Threelac and Candex are good, but I need to know for sure if I still have
    Candida before taking these cures.

Your speedy attention to this would be greatly appreciated.

    Best Regards,
    Kathy
