Alkalines

  1. Vegetables
  2. Fruits
  3. Water
  4. Some Seeds

Acids

  1. Meats
  2. Eggs
  3. Pasta
  4. Rice (Very mild acid)

Okay so down to the crunch, how much of each is good. For acids it is recommended only around 25 % and for alkalines it is recommended around 75 %.

By eating lot’s and lot’s of alkalines, it will reduce the amount of acid in the system allowing the body to absorb more nutrients from the food we eat and therefore improve overall life and longevity.
